Principal, Business Development Special Operations Command

TurbineOne

• Deliver new revenue to TurbineOne through direct sales to the U.S. Special Operations Command and subordinate units. • Identify sales opportunities, drive leads into the sales funnel by directly engaging buyers, pitch our product, document the scope of work, and negotiate the contract. • Identify a military leader with the right kind of power and convince them to become a champion for TurbineOne’s product. • Contribute to the product & engineering roadmap. • Drive expansions with current customers. • Contribute to the company's overall business strategy and marketing positioning. • Translate national security requirements to Silicon Valley engineers and educate government Buyers on best practices.

Job Requirements

  • You’ve served in the Special Operations Forces for 10-20 years.
  • You have led technology-related projects for DoW to solve pressing problems.
  • Ability to adapt to ever-changing environments and have a “team” mentality.

We partner with hospitals and health systems across multiple states to deliver dedicated inpatient diabetes management services through GlyCare-employed Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.

Role Description GlyCare is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to strengthen and optimize the systems, data, reporting, automation, workflows, and content-management processes that support our growing organization. The Business Systems Analyst will partner with GlyCare departments to identify business needs, document requirements, improve workflows, standardize data and reporting processes, and implement technology-enabled solutions that support operational performance and scalability. This position will also support the technical and data-related components of hospital onboarding and implementation. The analyst will coordinate with facility IT, analytics, and clinical informatics teams to communicate GlyCare requirements, validate data extracts and reports, track technical dependencies, and resolve issues that could affect a successful hospital launch. The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis and process-improvement skills with healthcare operations knowledge, EHR experience, data-quality discipline, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
