• Telephone outreach to CEOs and decision-makers in the B2B sector • Follow-up with companies that have already received a message from us • Active new customer acquisition by phone • Conduct needs analyses and consultative sales conversations • Present our services in video meetings • Prepare and follow up on proposals • Close B2B contracts • Maintain and document activities in the CRM system

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of sales experience
  • Experience in telephone-based new customer acquisition
  • Confident and professional demeanor when dealing with CEOs and decision-makers
  • High self-motivation and strong closing skills
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Very good German language skills, spoken and written
  • Own fully equipped home office workspace with a Microsoft device
  • Technical requirements: own laptop or PC (Windows operating system)

Role Description The Associate Director leads a five-territory regional sales team to grow CIEE’s full suite of pre-college study abroad programs: High School Summer Abroad, High School Semester Abroad, Custom Programs, Gap Year Abroad, and College First Year Abroad.
