SENIOR CARE THERAPY
Role Description Senior Care Therapy is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support employee relations and day-to-day HR operations across our multi-state clinical and operational teams. Reporting to the CHRO, this role serves as a trusted, hands-on resource for employees and managers — handling employee relations matters, HR and benefits questions, leave management, and background checks. This is a strong opportunity for an HR professional with employee relations experience to take on broad generalist responsibilities within a growing healthcare organization. - Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers on employee relations matters, HR policy questions, and workplace concerns. - Lead the investigation and resolution of employee relations issues, including complaints, conflicts, and disciplinary matters. - Advise and coach managers on performance conversations, corrective action, and conflict resolution. - Serve as a first point of contact for employees and managers on day-to-day HR questions, including policies, procedures, and general inquiries, routing more complex issues to the appropriate partner. - Serve as a resource for employee benefits on enrollment, eligibility, and claims matters. - Maintain and improve self-service resources so employees can find what they need quickly. - Support team member leave of absence/return to work. - Support the background check process. - Maintain accurate, confidential HR records, including employee relations case files, leave documentation, and background check results. - Manage HR data across HRIS and personnel systems, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and audit-readiness of employee records and reporting. - Help ensure consistent application of HR policies across departments and locations. - Monitor employee relations trends and flag potential risk areas or training needs to the CHRO. - Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. - Other duties and/or projects as assigned. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required. - Minimum of three (3) years of human resources experience required, including direct experience handling employee relations matters. - Working knowledge of employment law (FMLA, ADA, EEO, and state leave laws) and HR best practices. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to handle sensitive and confidential matters with sound judgment and discretion. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS and benefits administration platforms preferred. - 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferred. - HR certification, preferred. The Senior Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations & Transitions independently manages all employee exits for Remote's external employees with a focus on legal compliance, excellent quality and providing delightful customer service.
