Role Description As an SAP Payroll Consultant, you will support our clients in implementing and optimizing modern SAP Payroll solutions. You will work on exciting national and international projects, actively contribute your expertise, and continuously develop your skills alongside an experienced team. - Advise our clients on SAP Payroll, with a focus on German Payroll. - Analyze business requirements and develop tailored functional and technical solutions. - Implement, configure, and optimize SAP Payroll solutions. - Participate in exciting implementation, rollout, and optimization projects. - Conduct workshops and training sessions while supporting key users and business departments. - Work closely with cross-functional project teams to ensure the seamless integration of payroll processes. - Stay up to date with new SAP technologies and legislative changes, actively sharing your knowledge with the team. Qualifications - At least 4 years of experience in SAP Payroll Germany. - Solid knowledge of German payroll tax, social security, and labor legislation. - Very good German language skills (minimum B2/C1 level) and good English language skills. - A university degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification. - A structured, solution-oriented, and self-driven way of working. - Ambition, willingness to learn, and a strong customer-focused mindset. - Enjoy working with clients and collaborating within a team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Willingness to travel as required for client projects. We are seeking an experienced SAP SD (primary skill) & GTS Consultant (good to have) with 8–10 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, enhancing, and supporting SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Global Trade Services (GTS) solutions.
