Role Description We're looking for someone to take over training mandates to help SaaS / AI sales talent become better at their jobs. Our training focuses on different use cases, along the entire revenue process, be it adopting a better outbound motion, improving value selling via better discovery, moving to enterprise, leadership enablement, and many more. - Mandates typically run for 12 months, though some run for 6, with 1-2 training sessions per month. - Each mandate combines assessments and training: you'll meet participants 1-2 times a month through a mix of group sessions and 1:1s. - Our best practices and guidelines of the hyrise approach have been documented in a playbook that you can use to help your trainees reach their full potential. Your Responsibilities: - Conduct individual as well as group live training sessions (workshops) on sales-specific topics along the entire sales funnel. - Review and give feedback on training participants' work such as how they run discovery calls, organize themselves, prepare for meetings, run demos, and conduct deal reviews. - Share best practices from your own experience. - Objectively evaluate each training participant. - Proactively participate in content creation/adaptation to individual needs. - Closely communicate with our Academy operations team as well as company contacts on the learning progress of training participants. Qualifications - Expert in Mid-Market or Enterprise Sales (+ 5 years) in SaaS. - Experience managing the full sales cycle in a complex SaaS environment in a high-growth company. - Experience in sales training/coaching. - Either from working as a trainer/coach or from leading a team of individual contributors. - Hungry to learn and curious to grow. - Process-driven and extremely organized. - Passionate about people. - Sense of ownership. - Availability: Can commit at least 3 hours every two weeks, the minimum needed for group training formats. - Fluent in German and English.
