Role Description We are looking for a strategic, high-impact individual contributor to join Indeed's International Product Strategy team to drive our growth in the Netherlands. In this role, you will act as the vital connective tissue between our product teams and our local market partners. You will be responsible for developing a deep, data-backed understanding of the Netherlands, identifying critical product gaps and opportunities, and driving the execution of strategies to resolve them. This position offers a unique opportunity to impact the company’s long-term growth and trajectory while getting to work with the most key senior partners at Indeed. - Deep Market Analysis: Continually assess the competitive landscape, economic trends, and user behaviors in the Netherlands/Europe to build a comprehensive "State of the Market" understanding. - Opportunity & Blocker Identification: Proactively identify product gaps that are hindering growth or customer retention. Translate these market signals into clear, scoped opportunities and product requirements. - Partner Liaison: Act as the bridge between technical product teams and customer-facing teams (Sales, CS). Translate technical constraints into business terms and business urgency into technical terms. - Strategic Execution: Drive high-impact international initiatives from conception to launch by influencing roadmap priorities and ensuring successful localization and go-to-market execution. - Cross-Functional Alignment: Build collaborative relationships with senior partners across functions to ensure Indeed’s global strategies are effectively adapted to local regions. - Data-Driven Advocacy: Answer complex product questions using various analytical and data visualization tools to build undeniable cases for resource allocation. Qualifications - Requires a Bachelor’s degree, and a minimum of 8 years of related experience; or a Master’s degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience; or a PhD with 3 years experience. - Deep market knowledge of the Netherlands, with experience working in/on the Dutch market and a solid grasp of cultural and business nuances, along with operational proficiency in Dutch and English. - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities by identifying problems, scoping solutions, and driving execution through to deployment independently. - Comfortable discussing technical requirements with product teams and revenue strategies with go-to-market partners, translating between both and communicating effectively with senior leadership. - Exceptional project management capabilities, including experience with methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Six Sigma. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present strategic insights clearly to senior executives. - Team-oriented with experience working across diverse, cross-functional groups, paired with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data and deliver actionable insights (e.g., SQL, T-SQL, Tableau). Salary Range Disclaimer The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, and experience. The range(s) listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Compensation may also vary based on where a role is performed, as work locations are grouped into geographic pay tiers to reflect cost of labor differences in different geographic markets. Salary Range Transparency - Tier 2 - Netherlands: 82,000 - 122,000 EUR per year. - Tier 2 - Ireland: 84,000 - 126,000 EUR per year.
