How you''ll make a difference: - Lead sustainability outcomes on complex and high-profile projects, partnering with clients, designers and project teams to embed sustainability into decision-making from the earliest stages of project development through to delivery and operation. - Coordinate sustainability across design disciplines, working closely with architects, engineers and specialist consultants to identify opportunities, manage sustainability requirements and deliver reporting and assessments. - Undertake technical analysis and provide evidence-based advice to inform project strategies, optimise design outcomes and help clients achieve their sustainability objectives. - Contribute to AECOM''s sustainability thought leadership by identifying emerging trends, policy developments, innovative technologies and new approaches that create value for our clients. - Build trusted client relationships, lead strategic pursuits and contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities and supporting work winning across AECOM''s business lines and end markets. You will be comfortable building trusted client relationships, identifying opportunities and contributing to strategic pursuits and work winning that support the continued growth of our sustainability practice. - 10+ years'' experience delivering sustainability outcomes within consulting, engineering, government or construction organisations, on built environment and infrastructure projects. - Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, building and planning codes, sustainability policies, standards and emerging industry trends. - Experience applying sustainability frameworks such as Green Star, Infrastructure Sustainability, WELL, NABERS, Passivhaus, Living Building Challenge and/or LEED. - Experience in delivery of decarbonisation strategies, whole-of-life carbon assessments, building performance modelling, and sustainability strategies and frameworks. - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working collaboratively across multi-disciplinary project teams. - A proactive, innovative and solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to translate complex sustainability challenges into practical and achievable outcomes. - Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Sustainability, Architecture, Environmental Science, Climate Change or a related discipline. Accreditation with Green Building Council Australia, IS Council, WELL or similar organisations will be highly regarded. Defence clearance eligibility is desirable. The successful candidate will join the UNC Department of Psychiatry as an individual therapist working with a general adult population out of our primary outpatient clinic in Chapel Hill. The position is based in Chapel Hill, NC, and is anticipated to follow a hybrid model, combining remote telehealth services with in-person outpatient care. Clinical responsibilities will primarily include providing psychotherapy to a diverse adult population. While mood and anxiety disorders are the most common conditions treated in this setting, bipolar disorders, trauma- and stressor-related disorders, personality disorders, substance use disorders, and other psychiatric conditions may also be a focus of treatment. Additional responsibilities may include conducting screenings and comprehensive clinical assessments for patients new to the clinic. There is no on-call requirement associated with this position. The ISO Home Based Clinician reports to the clinical supervisor and serves as a primary therapist and contact for all in-home clients assigned.
