Global Study Delivery Lead

Civia Health

• To lead and be accountable for Civia's global study delivery function, setting the standard for operational excellence, building high-performing delivery capability, and ensuring the successful delivery of all studies to time, cost, quality, and client expectations. • Partnering closely with in-country delivery teams to raise and hold a single, high standard across every study and geography. • Acting as a primary point of contact for clients on delivery, building trust and ensuring every commitment is met. • Ownership of project-management excellence across Civia, holding internal functions to account for delivery. • Direct, decisive intervention whenever delivery performance is at risk.

Job Requirements

  • 10-15 years of relevant experience with deep operational understanding of clinical trial delivery and its dependencies
  • Track record of delivering strategic and operational outcomes
  • Proven ability to design, document, implement, and scale delivery and project-management systems
  • Strong regulatory, GCP, GDPR and operational literacy
  • Strong analytical and financial literacy — builds baselines, forecasts, and KPIs that hold up
  • Platform experience with CRIO, HubSpot, and Monday.com
  • B.S. or B.A.; MBA or equivalent advantageous. Science related degree preferred.

The successful candidate will join the UNC Department of Psychiatry as an individual therapist working with a general adult population out of our primary outpatient clinic in Chapel Hill. The position is based in Chapel Hill, NC, and is anticipated to follow a hybrid model, combining remote telehealth services with in-person outpatient care. Clinical responsibilities will primarily include providing psychotherapy to a diverse adult population. While mood and anxiety disorders are the most common conditions treated in this setting, bipolar disorders, trauma- and stressor-related disorders, personality disorders, substance use disorders, and other psychiatric conditions may also be a focus of treatment. Additional responsibilities may include conducting screenings and comprehensive clinical assessments for patients new to the clinic. There is no on-call requirement associated with this position.
