• Serves as the technical lead for ABMC's enterprise cloud infrastructure, providing advanced administration, configuration, and troubleshooting across Microsoft 365, Azure, and Microsoft Entra ID. • Drives tenant health reviews, security posture enhancements, and compliance maturity. • Administer and review configurations for Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Defender, Sentinel, Intune, and Azure controls. • Configure and mature the Microsoft Purview environment, including refining Records Management retention rules, testing automated classifiers, and applying data labels. • Review Microsoft 365 and Azure tenant settings against DHS, CISA, C-CAR, and emergency directives, identifying gaps and executing remediation plans. • Support Microsoft 365 Copilot governance, including security reviews, data exposure analysis, and dependency tracking. • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve Priority 1 through Priority 4 service incidents, logging all actions within the approved ticketing system. • Document system configurations, architecture reviews, API/interface planning materials, and health check reports.
Job Requirements
- Must hold at least ONE current Microsoft 365 or Azure administration certification.

The successful candidate will join the UNC Department of Psychiatry as an individual therapist working with a general adult population out of our primary outpatient clinic in Chapel Hill. The position is based in Chapel Hill, NC, and is anticipated to follow a hybrid model, combining remote telehealth services with in-person outpatient care. Clinical responsibilities will primarily include providing psychotherapy to a diverse adult population. While mood and anxiety disorders are the most common conditions treated in this setting, bipolar disorders, trauma- and stressor-related disorders, personality disorders, substance use disorders, and other psychiatric conditions may also be a focus of treatment. Additional responsibilities may include conducting screenings and comprehensive clinical assessments for patients new to the clinic. There is no on-call requirement associated with this position. The ISO Home Based Clinician reports to the clinical supervisor and serves as a primary therapist and contact for all in-home clients assigned. The ISO Clinician utilizes evidence-based treatment methodologies and ensures the effective implementation of all in-home treatment and programming for clients on their caseload. Role Description Under indirect supervision, provides and manages access to local medical care in the area of operation, providing support to RMI Global Coordination Centre (GCC) in the security and receipt of payments to third party medical establishments. Acts as the RMI representative for all operational and pastoral requirements of patients under the care of RMI. - Remain available throughout agreed hours of coverage for contact by the RMI GCC. - Deploy to pre-defined medical facilities in area of operation to meet and greet RMI patient within 1 hour of notification from GCC (or any other agreed timeframes). - Work in conjunction with the GCC to ensure that payment methods have been agreed with the receiving medical facility. Where applicable, act as a mediator between medical facility and GCC. - Ensure swift access to care for RMI patients, responding to problems in a pragmatic and professional manner to resolve as quickly as possible. - Provide translation from local dialect to English in both verbal and written forms and pass this on to the GCC. - Deploy to medical facilities daily when a protracted in-patient stay occurs. - Manage the welfare of patients through any admission to a medical facility, ensuring that the patient is comfortable, understands the treatment being provided and meets reasonable requests for support. - Establish working relationships with treating physicians and where applicable speak directly with the treating medical team to acquire up to date information. - Provide timely updates to the GCC on the status and proposed plans for the patient in both written and verbal forms. - Always demonstrate a professional and calm persona, with a confident ability to liaise with client management as required. - Utilize local knowledge to arrange other services, as required.
