• Responsible for leading the direction, completion, and outcome of all assigned building assessment projects. • Conducts various types of building assessments. • Prepares a written report that accurately describes onsite findings. • Owns the communication with local Building, Zoning, and/or Fire Departments regarding outstanding violations. • Travels by Plane, Motor Vehicle, Train to client/project sites across the U.S. as required.

• Lead and conduct formal CMMC Level 2 assessments in accordance with the CMMC Assessment Process (CAP) and Cyber-AB requirements. • Plan assessment scope, review System Security Plans (SSPs) and Plans of Action & Milestones (POA&Ms), and evaluate evidence against NIST SP 800-171 practices. • Manage and mentor assessment team members, including junior assessors and CCPs, throughout the assessment lifecycle. • Serve as the primary point of contact for client organizations during assessments, including kickoff, evidence review sessions, and closing briefings. • Produce clear, defensible assessment reports and findings documentation for submission to the Cyber-AB. • Maintain assessment records in accordance with confidentiality and data handling requirements, ensuring no CUI or export-controlled data is mishandled during the assessment process. • Stay current on CMMC program updates, Cyber-AB guidance, and changes to NIST SP 800-171/800-172. • Support Radar's internal quality assurance processes to ensure assessments meet Cyber-AB and DoD standards. • Maintain clear separation between assessment activity and any Sentinel Blue managed services delivery to preserve independence and avoid conflicts of interest.

Vous disposerez d'une réelle autonomie dans l'organisation du travail, dans le cadre des priorités fixées en accord avec votre hiérarchie et dans le respect des procédures qualité. En tant qu'inspecteur-trice de l'environnement (spécialité installations classées), vous : - Contrôlez que les sites respectent la réglementation, et, si nécessaire, proposez des sanctions. - Instruisez les dossiers : autorisation, enregistrement, modifications, cessation d'activité et les plaintes en proposant les mesures encadrant le fonctionnement des installations. - Participez aux réunions avec les parties prenantes concernées (élus, associations environnementales, public, services de l'Etat, etc.). - Apportez une expertise technique en gestion de crise (accident, pollution...). Les sites suivis sont notamment les carrières, les parcs éoliens et les sites de tri-transit-traitement de matériaux. Une adaptation de la répartition des sites et des missions est envisageable en lien avec la hiérarchie. Vous participez aux réunions en phase amont du dépôt des dossiers et vous présentez les propositions du service pour les dossiers dont vous avez conduit l'instruction à la commission compétente (CODERST, CDNPS). La diversité des nombreuses sollicitations nécessite de la rigueur dans l'organisation et la gestion des priorités définies avec votre hiérarchie. Une présence régulière sur le terrain, en alliant inspection et instruction, et une gestion des affaires, dynamique et proportionnée aux enjeux, sont attendues. Vous aurez des contacts réguliers avec le corps préfectoral, les exploitants, les bureaux d'études, d'autres services de l'État (Direction départementale de la protection des populations, Direction départementale des territoires, Agence régionale de santé, Service départemental d'incendie et de secours) mais aussi les élus, avec une sensibilité marquée liées aux enjeux présentés par les installations contrôlées.
