Role Description As a Campaign Management Administrator, you will be responsible for the implementation and end-to-end operational management of campaigns/assignments within the My Learning World platform in Siemens. This role requires a high degree of ownership, independent working style, and accountability, as you will manage campaigns across their full lifecycle with limited supervision. Campaigns are structured rollouts of digital learning content targeted at specific audiences – ranging from individual departments to enterprise-wide initiatives. These campaigns can be mandatory or optional and play a critical role in ensuring compliance, capability building, and engagement across the organization. Key Responsibilities - Configure, implement, and manage campaigns within the My Learning World system - Perform plausibility and technical checks to ensure campaigns are correctly set up and fully functional - Act as a professional partner to stakeholders, advising on optimal campaign setup and configuration - Ensure full compliance with Siemens policies, governance, and regulatory requirements related to campaign management - Manage both mandatory and optional campaigns, ensuring accurate and compliant configuration - Take full ownership of assigned campaigns, working independently and ensuring high quality delivery throughout the entire lifecycle - Helpdesk support regarding worked on campaigns Campaign Execution & Support - Provide ongoing support during the entire campaign lifecycle (from implementation to completion, campaigns may run up to 12 months) - Operate campaigns in a self-reliant manner, proactively identifying risks and taking corrective actions when needed - Monitor campaigns on a daily basis to ensure smooth operation and identify potential issues early - Handle and respond to user inquiries related to active campaigns - Collaborate closely with First-Level Support (My Learning World) to resolve user and system-related issues - Take ownership of issue tracking and ensure timely resolution in case of system or campaign-related problems Reporting & Stakeholder Management - Deliver regular reporting to stakeholders on campaign progress and performance - Act as a key point of contact for stakeholder questions throughout the campaign lifecycle - Provide insights and ensure transparency regarding campaign status and outcomes - Independently manage stakeholder expectations and ensure reliable communication at all times - Problem solving and ability to identify root causes in collaboration with the Technical team Company Description GP Strategies Corporation is one of the world's leading talent transformation providers.
