Role Description - This position is paid on a supplemental with a maximum compensation per semester of $3000. - Support HUSD Vision, Mission and Goals. - Implements instructional activities that contribute to a climate where students are actively engaged in meaningful learning experiences. - Identifies, selects, and modifies instructional resources to meet the needs of the students with varying backgrounds, learning styles, and special needs. - Establish social presence and encourage active participation and engagement among students by maintaining daily interaction with the course. - Plan, prepare and implement instructional activities to actively engage students in meaningful learning experiences. - Provide live meetings and instructional events for students. - Develops digital activities and resources, strategies and methods for a variety of teaching, creating lesson plans and substitute teaching plans that are aligned with learning objectives and the school guides. - Assists in the well-being of students by incorporating social/emotional strategies into their teaching plans. - Assists in assessing changing curricular needs and offers plans for improvement. - Maintains effective and efficient record keeping procedures. - Provides a positive environment in which students are encouraged to be actively engaged in the learning process. - Communicates effectively, both orally and in writing, with students, parents, and other professionals on a regular basis. - Collaborates with peers to enhance the instructional environment. - Models professional and ethical standards when dealing with students, parents, peers, and community. - Ensures that student growth and achievement is continuous and appropriate for age group, subject area, and/or program classification. - Establishes and maintains cooperative working relationships with students, parents, and schools. - Assumes responsibility for meeting his/her course and school-wide student performance goals. - Demonstrates gains in student performance. - Participates in professional growth training. - Meets professional obligations through efficient work habits such as: meeting deadlines, honoring schedules, coordinating. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. - Must hold valid Arizona Teacher Certification with approved area/endorsement as needed for position. - Must have SEI or equivalent endorsement on Certificate or able to obtain within six (6) months of hire. - Must be Highly Qualified in subject area of position at time of hire. - No convictions for felonies or crimes against children. - Valid IVP Finger Print Clearance Card. Requirements - HUSD participates in the Arizona State Retirement System; Defined Benefit Plan provides for lifelong monthly retirement income for qualified members.

Role Description We are seeking a passionate Cultural Presenter to join our Northern Territory Remote Locum Program (NTRLP) team, a critical initiative dedicated to improving healthcare outcomes in remote First Nations communities. This program emphasises cultural safety, workforce development, and access to quality healthcare for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples living in some of the most remote parts of Australia. - Deliver engaging and informative cultural orientation sessions to Health Professionals. - Provide ongoing cultural support to HPs during their placements in remote communities. - Liaise with clinic staff and community members to strengthen cultural development and understanding. - Collaborate with the Clinical Manager to maintain and update cultural learning modules on the Learning Management System (LMS). - Represent the NTRLP at events and contribute to the ongoing improvement of cultural safety practices. - Support the development of a culturally competent and confident workforce committed to returning for future placements.
