Role Description We are seeking a passionate Cultural Presenter to join our Northern Territory Remote Locum Program (NTRLP) team, a critical initiative dedicated to improving healthcare outcomes in remote First Nations communities. This program emphasises cultural safety, workforce development, and access to quality healthcare for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples living in some of the most remote parts of Australia. - Deliver engaging and informative cultural orientation sessions to Health Professionals. - Provide ongoing cultural support to HPs during their placements in remote communities. - Liaise with clinic staff and community members to strengthen cultural development and understanding. - Collaborate with the Clinical Manager to maintain and update cultural learning modules on the Learning Management System (LMS). - Represent the NTRLP at events and contribute to the ongoing improvement of cultural safety practices. - Support the development of a culturally competent and confident workforce committed to returning for future placements. Qualifications - This is an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander identified position. - Strong awareness and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, particularly within remote health contexts. - Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with Health Professionals, health services, and community stakeholders. - Collaborative and proactive team member with excellent communication skills. - Ability to represent Aspen Medical and the NTRLP with cultural integrity and professionalism. - Located in Darwin or Alice Springs is preferred. Requirements - Experience delivering cultural education or training sessions (desirable). - Knowledge of the health services industry, particularly remote or community-based care (desirable). Role Overview As an Associate within our Healthcare Client Community, you will play a pivotal role in supporting clients, experts, and the broader Catalant team throughout the entire go-to-market lifecycle.
