• Designing clear, scalable interfaces for core end-to-end AI workflows: model selection and comparison, deployment and inference, inference observability and analysis, fine-tuning, dataset management, batch inference, and agent configuration. • Own the end-to-end design of services and features within the Nebius Token Factory, from discovery to delivery. • Being ready to write high-quality interface copy — clear, precise text that helps users navigate complex scenarios and make informed decisions. • Developing a deep understanding of how AI systems work under the hood, translating complex technical processes (fine-tuning, data pipelines, agent workflows) into clear and manageable user interfaces. • Collaborating with product managers to formulate hypotheses, validate them with data and user feedback, and improve key product scenarios. • Using modern AI tools as part of the design process across research, ideation, and prototyping stages (Figma Make, Cursor, lovable.dev, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.). • Working closely with product, engineering, and ML teams — discussing, revisiting, and improving solutions based on feedback and shared understanding. • Clearly present design solutions and rationale to cross-functional teams. • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the design system, ensuring consistency and quality across the product.

• Own the end-to-end design process for new data center builds and expansions. • Translate business, hardware, and workload requirements into facility design specifications (power, cooling, network, and floor space). • Ensure designs optimize density, reliability, and efficiency while supporting rapid scalability. • Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineers and consultants to deliver detailed designs. • Define requirements for high-density rack power, redundancy and UPS configurations. • Lead cooling design trade-offs (air, liquid, immersion) to meet GPU cluster needs. • Work closely with network and hardware teams to ensure physical layout supports cabling, interconnects, and future expansion. • Ensure all designs comply with international and regional standards (e.g., Uptime Institute Tier guidelines, local building codes). • Incorporate safety, fire suppression, and physical security measures. • Coordinate with construction project managers and external contractors during build phases. • Evaluate emerging GPU data center technologies and integrate innovative solutions.

• Designing the UI and honing the UX of a core pillar of PowerSchool's Allovue and talent software platforms. • Focused design tasks structured around quarterly product feature goals. • Owning and expanding our design system. • Creating and iterating on product designs in Figma. • Collaborating with our design team, product managers, and engineers to find the best solutions to tricky problems and constraints. • Having a direct hand in shaping product design around those constraints; You will have a direct effect on what form requested features take as they make it into the product. • Reviewing Pull Requests for design consistency and accuracy before they are merged. • Proactively asking for assistance and critique.
