The role is focused on creating high-quality 3D assets that support both the artistic direction and the technical needs of the game. You will work closely with the Art Director, Game Designers, Technical Artists, and other members of the production team to create assets that are visually strong, optimized, and production-ready. - Create 3D assets for VR games, including props, environment elements, interactive objects, and weapons in a realistic style. - Model, unwrap, texture, and create LODs. Produce clean, optimized assets suitable for real-time rendering. - Follow established art direction and visual references while iterating based on feedback from the Art Director and production team. - Collaborate with level designers and other artists to ensure assets fit gameplay and visual needs. - Preview and integrate assets in Unity Engine. - Maintain organized files, naming conventions, and clear asset documentation.
