Job Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of NetSuite modules and functionalities, including SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk
  • Experience with financial accounting principles and practices within NetSuite
  • Strong understanding of business processes across various departments (e.g., Finance, Sales, Operations)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • NetSuite Administrator or Consultant certification is highly desirable
  • Fluency in English and French is required

Role Description The Engagement and Renewals Manager is a client-facing role focused on revenue retention and long-term client success for PatronManager, a CRM platform built on Salesforce serving the arts and cultural sector. This role owns a portfolio of high-value accounts, driving renewals, deepening product adoption, and building trusted relationships with key stakeholders. You will work cross-functionally with Client Experience, Sales, Implementation, and Product teams to ensure clients achieve their goals with PatronManager. Role Description The Implementation Consultant is the front-line person for ZOLL's Customer Success Organization and is a leader among their peers. This position works very closely with our clients to develop an effective training plan that meets their needs and then successfully executes that plan. The Implementation Consultant will evaluate the client's billing processes, provide comprehensive training on ZOLL products, and work collaboratively with our clients to ensure they have a positive implementation experience.
