• Monitor Jira daily, tracking due dates for all tasks; • Identify overdue tasks and contact responsible parties to understand the reasons for the delay and agree on revised deadlines; • Prepare concise, objective reports on the status of delayed activities, revised deadlines, and justifications; • Send these reports to leadership periodically; • Maintain organized records of contacts made and updates received.
