Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years experience in a related technical field. - Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. - In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience. - Minimum 5 years experience in training development. - Minimum 1 year experience in ADDIE instructional design model. - Minimum 1 year experience in Adobe Dreamweaver or other HTML based programs. - Must be a US citizen.
