Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience leading influencer marketing, creator partnerships, creator operations, or talent organizations.
- Proven experience building and scaling high-performing influencer marketing teams.
- Experience managing large creator ecosystems and long-term creator relationships.
- Deep understanding of creator economics, whitelisting, licensing, usage rights, and performance marketing.
- Experience partnering closely with paid media and creative teams to drive measurable business outcomes.
- Experience building systems that scale rather than simply managing campaigns.
- Strong commercial mindset with an understanding of how creator marketing drives profitable growth.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Strong operator with a bias toward ownership, execution, and continuous improvement.
