• Develop and maintain embedded software tailored to customer requirements. • Collaborate with customers, third party software teams and internal teams to define system specifications and ensure software compatibility. • Work remotely on customer computers to implement, test, and debug embedded software solutions. • Ensure timely delivery of software projects while maintaining high quality standards. • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers during software deployment. • This position may require occasional international travel (up to 10%); typically, individual trips of short duration (3-5 days).

• Develop high-quality iOS applications that deliver engaging, reliable experiences to millions of users. • Architect scalable, modular, and maintainable iOS codebases, leveraging modern development practices. • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to define and deliver new features end-to-end. • Promote iOS best practices, including clean architecture, dependency injection, and efficient UI rendering. • Monitor app performance, reliability, and crash analytics to drive continuous improvement. • Stay ahead of iOS platform changes, ecosystem updates, and mobile trends to keep the team’s skills and tools cutting-edge. • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence within the iOS engineering community.

• Lead site master planning by translating capacity, technology, compliance, and business needs into facility and operational plans aligned with site strategy. • Provide technical leadership for Grade A equipment planning, installation, commissioning, qualification, and readiness, including isolators and aseptic processing technologies. • Lead CAR-T automation projects from assessment and business case input through implementation, testing, governance, and adoption. • Develop user requirements, support testing, assess process fit, and drive readiness for new equipment, automation platforms, systems, and processes. • Prioritize opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, reliability, cost, compliance, and risk reduction, with clear path-forward recommendations. • Direct operational documentation, including procedures, work instructions, electronic batch records, training materials, and change management outputs. • Represent Operations in key decisions across facility planning, equipment and process design, qualification, validation, technology transfer, and automation. • Apply aseptic processing, contamination control, closed processing, biosafety, and advanced therapy manufacturing expertise. • Apply technical and operational judgment to resolve complex issues and support scalable, compliant, inspection-ready operations.
