• Monitor production systems, operational workflows, dashboards, alerts, and work queues to ensure timely processing and service delivery. • Troubleshoot and resolve routine operational and application-related issues using established procedures and support documentation. • Perform daily operational support activities to maintain service levels and operational effectiveness. • Review system activity, operational reports, and workflow queues to identify exceptions, processing delays, and recurring issues. • Escalate complex incidents and production issues to appropriate technical or operational teams while maintaining communication and follow-up through resolution. • Collaborate with business and technology teams to resolve production-related issues. • Create, maintain, and update process documentation, knowledge base articles, troubleshooting guides, and standard operating procedures. • Document incidents, service requests, issue resolutions, and operational activities in designated tracking systems. • Assist with testing, validation, and implementation activities associated with system enhancements, process improvements, and production releases. • Support operational reviews by providing information regarding recurring issues, service impacts, and workflow observations. • Identify and communicate opportunities to improve operational efficiency, service quality, and process consistency. • Adhere to established operational procedures, service level agreements, security requirements, and company policies.

• Logs into a computer and accesses work queues to review computer images of documents and code documents using an established list of codes. • Verify, if required, whether previously extracted information is correct and make corrections to previously extracted information as needed. • Adjust orientation or lighting of documents. • Reference work instructions as needed. • Required to attend mandatory meetings and trainings, work scheduled overtime with minimal notice, and perform other duties as assigned per business needs.

• Participate in all aspects of the design and implementation of sophisticated products. • Utilize outstanding problem-solving skills to participate in the analysis and design of integrated solutions. • Assist in the gathering, review and analysis of requirements, both from business users and teams responsible for other application systems. • Track and support multiple simultaneous activities. • Collaborate with other developers in team projects. • Identify and implement appropriate testing strategies. • Continuously exhibit outstanding written and verbal communication skills. • Research new technologies as time permits.

• Participate in the design and implementation of products utilizing the latest engineering technologies • Assist in gathering, reviewing and analyzing requirements • Participate in code and design reviews and technical presentations • Collaborate with other developers in team projects • Identify and implement testing strategies • Support development of test methodologies/programs • Propose framework & opportunities for system enhancements • Handle special projects to completion
