• Work with the Project Manager (PM) and Delivery Manager (DM) for scope management, schedule, risk management, and quality management • Lead technical delivery in the project as per domain expertise • Software implementation, power application tuning, troubleshooting, customization, and integration into customer systems • Act as an SME for the organization • Coordinate cross-organizationally and independently mentor project team • Support Delivery Manager (DM) to establish Project Execution control • Utilize and implement software delivery performance measurement tools and indicators • Design, deploy, configure, tuning and testing of GEV transmission and distribution solution to client environments • Collaborate with Service Engineering development lead to ensure custom deliverables meet defined needs and standards • Respond to all client inquiries, bugs, and product ideas for in-flight projects and file tickets for Product or project team

• Provide on-site technical direction to customer-owned utility and nuclear power plants for their Turbine Generator Systems • Responsible for reviewing plant engineering documents and P&ID’s, troubleshooting of plant systems and equipment • Planning, organizing, integrating and direction of resources such as labor, tools, and materials as required to complete the work scope according to contractual requirements • Fulfill contract responsibilities for designated and qualified skill set (Steam Turbine Mechanical, and Generator) • Direct and oversee repair or inspection procedures utilizing the latest electronic communication, references, and documentation technologies. • Recognize, Predict, and document potential failures and future outage recommendations • Working knowledge of prints/print reading, such as manufacturing drawings, P&IDs, and schematic drawings • Participate as a Service Team member dedicated to Safety metrics • Lead execution and oversight of projects under the TFA’s core competency • Execute project management and technical leader duties • Support warranty administration and troubleshooting issues • Perform other duties as assigned • Support business needs when not on field assignment • Willingness and ability to travel as required by field assignments • Ability and willingness to work holidays, weekends and overtime as required by field assignments

• Lead the Lean improvement portfolio for the Grid Automation organization across LATAM, driving performance improvements throughout the entire value stream • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and address bottlenecks, rework drivers, planning gaps, process fragmentation, and execution risks • Deploy Lean methodologies to reduce lead times, improve process flow, enhance execution predictability, and optimize resource utilization • Establish and sustain Lean Daily Management practices, including visual management, KPI reviews, operational governance, and action-tracking routines • Facilitate Kaizen events, problem-solving workshops, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen collaboration, operational discipline, and sustainable business results

• Develop and maintain OpenAI’s infrastructure sustainability strategy across power, data center growth, emerging energy technology, and related site-readiness workstreams. • Evaluate emerging energy solutions such as clean firm power, advanced storage, grid flexibility, low-carbon backup power, heat reuse, water-related energy efficiency, and other scalable technologies where relevant. • Identify pilot opportunities and deployment pathways that can move promising energy technologies from concept to commercially and operationally credible execution. • Translate technical options into clear reliability, cost, schedule, carbon, regulatory, and operational implications for infrastructure decision-making. • Partner with energy regulatory, policy, procurement, engineering, deployment, finance, legal, and site-readiness teams to align technology and sustainability choices with project needs. • Coordinate with OpenAI’s central sustainability function as it develops to ensure infrastructure-specific goals, metrics, reporting, and commitments remain consistent. • Track external market, policy, utility, and technology developments that could affect OpenAI’s ability to scale resilient, low-carbon infrastructure. • Build repeatable evaluation frameworks, partner criteria, and execution playbooks for sustainability and emerging energy technology initiatives.
