Technical Project Manager II
TEECOM
• Own delivery execution across multiple projects or complex project scopes. • Manage the client relationship at the project level. • Drive implementation from scope through commissioning. • Mentor junior PMs. • Lead coordination across regions, cultures, and time zones while maintaining execution consistency. • Lead technical implementation projects spanning telecommunications infrastructure, structured cabling, audiovisual, security, acoustics, and wired and wireless networks. • Align staffing, execution standards, and delivery priorities with Team Leads and Project Managers. • Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and propose additional technical services that improve project outcomes. • Maintain execution stability, financial predictability, client confidence, and strengthen account continuity.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience in project management within an AEC or professional services environment, including ownership of multiple projects or complex scopes.
- Experience managing client-facing implementation projects with cross-functional coordination requirements.
- Proven success delivering projects with strong scope control, schedule adherence, and financial awareness.
- Demonstrated technical leadership in implementation coordination across multi-disciplinary project environments.
- Strong command of contract terms, scope control, and Professional Services Agreement (PSA) and Additional Services Agreement (ASA) documentation.
- Strong practical understanding of enterprise technology delivery and implementation-phase troubleshooting.
- Ability to read design documentation and coordinate construction and implementation dependencies.
- Strong proficiency in Asana, Microsoft 365 Suite, Google Workspace, Bluebeam, GitHub, VantagePoint, MS Project, Procore, and Navisworks.
- Working proficiency with enterprise scheduling and delivery tools is a plus.
