Role Description In Abbott’s Heart Failure (HF) business, we’re developing solutions to diagnose, monitor and manage heart failure, allowing people to restore their health and get on with their lives. The Acute Product Consultant drives growth of CentriMag blood pump system in the Region, leveraging acute mechanical circulatory support specialized clinical and product knowledge. This position is intra-regional in nature and reports to the Regional Sales Manager. It requires close collaboration with the Territory Managers and Clinical Consultants within the region. What You’ll Do - Region expert on the use of CentriMag for Extra-Corporeal Life Support (ECLS) and cannulation. Targeting new centers for the adoption of CentriMag. - Acts independently to build relationships and drive utilization of the product through in-depth product education and best practices sharing. - Coordinates with Territory Manager to drive utilization and facilitate relationships. Acts independently at accounts to identify and qualify them for CentriMag. - Collaborates with Territory Manager on opportunities at Centers. Coordinates with Territory Manager and Business Development Manager through the sales process, including leading product demonstrations and securing support from key clinical stakeholders. - Leads/facilitates the post-purchase training. General responsibilities include attending major ECLS meetings and many of the National society meetings as needed. - Develops and/or cultivates KOL’s with an interest in ACS/ECLS. Educates sales and clinical colleagues on CentriMag and new trends in ECLS and ACS (e.g., New Hire Orientation). - Contributes to the overall Acute Business including latest competitive selling arguments, product development suggestions, and sales support materials. Qualifications - Proficient in both the clinical and sales aspects of the position. - Clinical experience in areas relevant to acute mechanical circulatory support. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education/experience. - Adept at navigating within a customer environment between clinicians with different roles, styles, and goals. - Ability to collaborate with clinical colleagues to train and motivate staff. - Sales orientation and experience with 3 years industry experience. - Pediatric experience desired. - Experience identifying new business opportunities. - Experience working in a team selling environment. - Experience selling successfully in a highly competitive environment. - Ability to collaborate with sales colleagues to secure a sale. - Maintains a good driving record. - Ability to work effectively from a home office base. - Awareness of and adherence to AdvaMed guidelines. - Protects and acts responsibly toward all company equipment and confidential information. - Effective communication and collaboration with territory team, clinical team, training and education, marketing, technical support, and management teams. - Highly motivated with a strong desire to help others. Requirements - Prefer that degree is in Nursing, Biomedical engineering, or other medical discipline. - Certificate in Circulatory Sciences and Perfusion (CCP) desired. - Preferably 5 or more years industry experience. Role Description Owns the operational backbone of Syndio's product marketing function, maintaining the systems, content, and intelligence that help Sales, SE, and field teams go to market with clarity and confidence. This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales, and is the connective tissue that keeps Syndio's market-facing story accurate, accessible, and battle-tested. Reports to the Sr. Director, Product Marketing and Brand. Qualifications - Significant experience in product marketing, competitive intelligence, market research, or a closely related field, ideally in B2B SaaS. - Strong written communication skills with the ability to distill complex product and market information into clear, usable content for Sales and field teams. - You've built programs before, not just contributed to them. You will be standing up the win/loss and competitive intelligence functions. - A researcher's instinct and a storyteller's sensibility, able to find the signal in market noise and translate it into positioning that resonates. - Experience with tools like G2, Gartner Peer Insights, Crayon, Klue, or similar competitive and review platforms is a plus. - Highly organized and able to manage multiple workstreams with competing timelines without losing detail quality. - Collaborative by nature, this role touches nearly every team and requires someone who builds relationships easily and follows through consistently.
