Bookit.com About the Role Bookit is seeking a VP, Client Marketing to lead an internal marketing agency responsible for crafting, presenting, and executing travel content marketing campaigns on behalf of our white-labeled brand clients. Bookit is a B2B2C white-labeled travel platform, and our clients span fintech, crypto, retail, and entertainment. This role owns how Bookit-powered travel and experience offerings are brought to market through our clients’ brands. You will develop campaign strategies, present recommendations to client stakeholders, and oversee hands-on execution of content-driven GTM initiatives that drive end-user engagement, adoption, and revenue. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for a marketing operator who can function as both a strategic advisor and an executional lead. You will build and run an internal agency model, working closely with Sales, Account Management, Product, and external client teams to deliver high-quality partner marketing programs at scale. Key Responsibilities - Lead and operate an internal partner marketing agency serving Bookit’s white-labeled enterprise clients - Develop travel and experience content marketing strategies tailored to each client’s brand, audience, and distribution model - Prepare, recommend, and pitch client-specific marketing and GTM plans to partner executives and senior stakeholders - Oversee and execute content marketing campaigns, including editorial concepts, promotions, landing pages, email campaigns, and partner activations - Translate Bookit’s travel inventory, rewards, and platform capabilities into compelling, client-branded content narratives - Serve as the senior marketing point of contact for enterprise partners - Collaborate closely with Sales and Account Management on deal support, launches, renewals, and expansion opportunities - Partner with Product and Operations to ensure campaign execution aligns with platform capabilities and timelines - Define success metrics for client marketing programs (engagement, activation, bookings, revenue contribution) - Track performance and continuously optimize campaigns based on results - Establish scalable agency workflows, templates, and playbooks to support multiple clients concurrently Why Join Bookit Partner marketing is a core growth driver at Bookit. Location & Compensation: - Salary Range: $140,000–$160,000 - Bonus: Eligible for a discretionary performance-based bonus, determined based on individual performance, team impact, and overall company results. - Location: We prefer candidates who can work hybrid in Miami, but will consider exceptional fully remote candidates.

Job Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in client-facing marketing roles within travel tech, travel platforms, loyalty platforms, marketplaces, or B2B2C technology companies
  • Demonstrated experience creating, pitching, and executing marketing plans for enterprise clients in a platform or product-led environment
  • Strong understanding of travel, experiences, loyalty, or commerce platforms and how end users discover and book
  • Proven ability to translate software and platform capabilities into client-ready marketing programs
  • Experience operating in a hybrid model that blends internal agency execution with in-house product or platform marketing
  • Excellent executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution
  • We are looking for candidates with meaningful agency experience paired with in-house platform or partner marketing experience. Ideal candidates have operated at agency-level speed and execution while also owning outcomes inside a travel tech, platform, or B2B2C product company.
  • Preferred / Bonus
  • Experience in travel tech, OTA platforms, loyalty programs, or travel marketplaces
  • Background supporting sales-led or enterprise GTM motions in a technology environment
  • Familiarity with white-label platforms, API-driven products, or embedded commerce
  • Experience scaling a client marketing or partner marketing function inside a growing company
  • Startup or growth-stage (Series A–C) experience
  • Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid preferred) / Open to remote (US) for highly qualified applicants
