Product Manager

Nexthink

Company Description Nexthink is the leader in digital employee experience management software. The company provides IT leaders with unprecedented insight allowing them to see, diagnose and fix issues at scale impacting employees anywhere, with any application or network, before employees notice the issue. As the first solution to allow IT to progress from reactive problem solving to proactive optimization, Nexthink enables its more than 1,500 customers to provide better digital experiences to more than 25+ million employees. Dual headquartered in Lausanne, Switzerland and Boston, Massachusetts, Nexthink has 9 offices worldwide. #LI-Hybrid Job Description Workspace is one of Nexthink's most strategic products, offering AI capabilities to help IT organizations manage how employees interact with their digital environment. We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join the Workspace team and take full ownership of day-to-day product delivery - partnering closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to keep pace with the team's ambitious roadmap. In this role, you will be driving execution of the roadmap for our AI-native product: Workspace. You will contribute to discovery, feature delivery, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring engineering is unblocked and focused on the highest-value work. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, making informed product decisions while staying aligned with the broader Workspace strategy. This is a great opportunity for a PM who wants to make a tangible impact on a product used by millions of employees worldwide, and who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment. What you'll do: - Own end-to-end product delivery for parts of the Workspace product: from problem definition and discovery through to release and iteration. - Conduct ongoing customer research and discovery to deeply understand employee and IT team needs, translating insights into clear, prioritized product opportunities. - Document requirements for features, ensuring engineering always has clarity on what to build and why. - Lead agile ceremonies with your engineering and design triad: sprint planning, standups, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and demos. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to coordinate launches and ensure alignment across the organization. - Define success metrics for features and track outcomes post-release, using data to drive continuous improvement. - Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, acting as the voice of the customer within the team. - Stay informed on trends in AI, digital employee experience, and enterprise SaaS to inform product direction. Qualifications - 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS company, working closely with engineering teams in an agile environment. - Familiarity with AI-powered product features or experience. - Proven ability to drive product delivery end-to-end, from discovery and prioritization through to release, with minimal oversight. - Strong discovery skills: experience running customer interviews, synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data, and translating findings into product decisions. - Excellent collaboration skills: you build trust quickly with engineers, designers, and stakeholders across functions. - Strong written and verbal communication: comfortable writing crisp user stories, presenting to leadership, and facilitating cross-functional discussions. - Self-starter mindset: you are proactive, organized, and take ownership of outcomes rather than waiting to be directed. - Professional-level English, spoken and written. Nice to have: - Experience working on products related to Digital Employee Experience, IT operations, or enterprise workplace technology. - Background in UX thinking or experience working in a product trio (PM, designer, engineer). - Knowledge of agile frameworks and product discovery methodologies (e.g., continuous discovery, JTBD). Additional Information We are the pioneers and trailblazers of a global IT Market Category (DEX) that is shaping the future of how the world works, giving our customers' IT Teams total digital visibility across their enterprise. Our innovative solutions integrate real-time analytics, automation, and employee feedback across all endpoints. • Collaborate with senior management to develop and refine the product vision and strategy. • Translate business strategy into actionable product roadmaps with clearly defined milestones. • Conduct market and competitive analysis to ensure our products meet and exceed industry standards, including standards set by leading AI-native and proptech companies. • Make explicit trade-offs in the roadmap and be able to defend what the team is deliberately not building. • Weigh where AI and automation genuinely improve the product against the cost, complexity, and risk they add, and reflect that judgment in roadmap and build-vs-buy decisions. • Lead and manage a team of product managers, designers, and related staff, setting clear goals and expectations. • Foster a culture of innovation and high performance through effective leadership and mentorship. • Oversee recruitment, training, and development of product management staff to build a high-caliber team. • Build the team's ability to assess AI/ML feature quality before launch — including reading model performance data — so ship decisions are made on evidence, not enthusiasm. • Ensure timely delivery of products through effective planning and coordination with engineering teams. • Drive product development priorities and resource allocation, ensuring optimal deployment of personnel and budgets. • Monitor product performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to enhance product offerings. • Set accuracy and reliability benchmarks for any AI-powered feature before it ships, and hold or delay a launch when those benchmarks aren't met, even under schedule pressure. • Track the ongoing accuracy of AI-powered features in production with the same rigor applied to other product metrics, given the regulatory stakes of our customers' data. • Manage the product management budget, ensuring efficient use of resources. • Plan and allocate resources in alignment with strategic priorities and financial objectives. • Serve as the key product evangelist, communicating the product vision and value proposition internally and externally. • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives. • Represent product directly to enterprise customers who are domain experts (e.g., sustainability directors, facilities managers) rather than software buyers, and navigate multi-stakeholder buying and adoption processes.
