Role Description The AI Workflow Automation Manager leads the design and execution of intelligent workflows that power our clients’ marketing operations. This role blends hands-on technical implementation with client collaboration, translating business requirements into scalable AI-driven automation. You will manage complex workflow builds, support integrations, and help establish implementation standards across the customer base. Key Responsibilities - Lead the design and execution of complex client workflow implementations on our AI platform - Develop and maintain Python automation scripts and SQL data workflows supporting integrations and reporting - Troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues, often rebuilding environments to diagnose problems - Collaborate with client marketing and operations teams to map existing processes and design automated alternatives - Define implementation standards and document repeatable playbooks for scalable delivery - Act as a senior technical escalation point for complex client implementations Qualifications - Strong hands-on experience with Python and SQL for automation, integration, and data workflow development - Experience in a technical role involving workflow automation, systems integration, or marketing operations - Experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Engineer, Implementation Manager, or Technical CSM - Ability to translate operational needs into scalable automation solutions - Prior remote work experience is required. Candidates must be fluent in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar platforms, and should ideally have worked with US or UK-based companies. Preferred Qualifications - Experience implementing automation at scale within enterprise SaaS or martech platforms - Familiarity with LLM platforms, AI agents, or prompt engineering - Startup or entrepreneurial experience building products, tools, or internal systems Tools & Technology - Python - SQL - Workflow automation platforms - AI and LLM-based tooling - Remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana) Please NOTE It is crucial that you complete the application form in full.
