• Execute marketing campaigns to drive qualified leads and support sales pipeline growth. • Support inbound and outbound marketing initiatives across digital and social channels. • Collaborate with Sales to align campaigns with target customer segments and revenue priorities. • Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on conversion and engagement metrics. • Own execution of social media strategy and day-to-day management across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms. • Manage execution of content marketing initiatives across LinkedIn, email, and web channels. • Support development and distribution of thought leadership, product messaging, and customer stories. • Maintain a content and social calendar, ensuring consistent execution and posting cadence. • Support brand awareness through consistent digital and social presence across channels. • Execute SEO initiatives to improve organic visibility and website traffic. • Identify keyword opportunities and support content optimization efforts. • Monitor website performance and recommend improvements to increase engagement and conversions. • Use HubSpot and other marketing tools to execute and track campaigns. • Maintain accurate marketing data and campaign tracking. • Monitor key performance metrics including lead volume, traffic, social engagement, and conversion rates. • Provide regular reporting on campaign performance and insights. • Work closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership teams. • Support go-to-market initiatives including product updates and campaign launches. • Contribute to improving marketing effectiveness through feedback and insights.

Job Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of experience in Marketing, Lead Generation, Social Media, or Digital Marketing
  • Experience in B2B SaaS strongly preferred
  • Exposure to lead generation, social media management, or revenue-focused marketing programs
  • Experience working with Sales teams or revenue-driven environments.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, social media strategy, and campaign execution.
  • Experience managing social media platforms (especially LinkedIn), email marketing, and content distribution.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret marketing performance data.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation tools.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools and website analytics (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Comfortable working with marketing funnel metrics and reporting dashboards.
  • Experience in HR tech, payroll, PEO, or fintech SaaS environments (Preferred).
  • Experience in high-growth or early-stage startup environments (Preferred).
  • Exposure to account-based marketing (ABM) or lifecycle marketing (Preferred).
  • Experience supporting or coordinating freelancers, agencies, or interns (not required).

Role Description We’re Looking For A(n): Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing & CRM Strategy to scale the lifecycle marketing engine across a portfolio of pet brands. This role will own the strategy and performance of evergreen email and SMS lifecycle programs, focusing on improving retention, repeat purchase behavior, winback, replenishment, and customer lifetime value. The role will also lead the CRM strategy by serving as the organization’s subject matter expert in Klaviyo and Attentive, supporting cross-functional teams by translating customer data, platform capabilities, and business needs into scalable CRM solutions. This is a player-coach role in the near term, with the expectation that the role becomes increasingly strategic as the team and function mature.
