Role Description We are looking for a driven and tech-savvy Professional Service Manager to join our team. In this role, you will deliver professional services to our clients. You will set up Connecteam features based on their workflows, integrate Connecteam with other platforms, and migrate data from existing tools into Connecteam. You’ll work closely with the CS and R&D teams to develop expertise and provide outstanding service, streamlining customer processes, onboarding, and saving them valuable time. Key Responsibilities - Meet with clients daily to deliver professional services. - Work offline to complete tasks assigned by clients. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions. - Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. - Collaborate with Customer Success, R&D, and integration partners (including payment processing providers) to support seamless implementations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience. Qualifications - 1 year of experience in a SaaS company – preferred. - Native-level English proficiency – MUST. - You are tech-savvy, dedicated, eager, and curious to learn new things and constantly improve. - Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
