• Design, build, and scale automated testing frameworks from scratch • Implement and maintain robust end-to-end (E2E) UI test suites • Develop automation scripts to validate RESTful, GraphQL, and microservice layer protocols • Partner with product owners and business analysts to translate requirements into executable automation specs • Integrate automated test suites directly into deployment pipelines • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and refactor flaky or failing test scripts

• Participate in the complete testing process including test planning, design, scripting, execution, review, and test witnessing in a fast-paced, agile development environment • Design, develop, and execute detailed manual test cases, test scenarios, and test data for web and mobile applications • Perform exploratory, usability, and ad-hoc testing to uncover defects beyond scripted test coverage • Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and requirements traceability matrices • Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of automated test scripts where applicable (experience with Playwright or similar tools is a plus) • Execute validation and verification activities to ensure compliance with FDA requirements, GxPs, and 21 CFR Part 11 regulations • Perform functional, integration, system, and regression testing across multiple platforms • Manage bug tracking, defect reporting, and test progress communication through test management tools (JIRA and Xray) • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming • Work closely with Software Engineers, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software • Review work of less experienced team members and provide mentorship on testing best practices • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders through verbal presentations, written documentation, and progress reports • Maintain meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, committed to excellence in all deliverables • Continuously seek improvements in testing processes, methodologies, and automation coverage • Monitor quality levels, identify root causes of quality issues, and take ownership of resolution • Adhere to company policies, procedures, SOPs, behaviors, and ethical standards at all times • Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and proven track record of resolving complex testing challenges • Set challenging goals, prioritize tasks effectively, and overcome obstacles to achieve results • Handle multiple projects with competing deadlines concurrently with minimal supervision • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and respond positively to change • Meet commitments consistently, accept accountability, maintain high personal standards, and stay focused under pressure

• Design and build the test automation framework and the standards other engineers will follow. • Write and maintain automated tests across the stack: API, integration, and end-to-end UI. • Prioritize automation by risk and value, favoring fast, reliable API-level tests over brittle UI tests where possible. • Integrate tests into CI/CD so they run automatically on every change and give fast feedback. • Drive down flakiness and keep the suite trustworthy, so failures mean something. • Evaluate and apply AI-assisted testing tools (test generation, self-healing tests, failure triage), and use AI and prompt engineering to accelerate test creation and edge-case discovery. • Review AI-generated tests and code with a critical eye (you are the human-in-the-loop, not a rubber stamp). • Mentor other engineers on automation practices and help raise testing quality across squads

• Develop, maintain, and enhance end-to-end UI automation using Playwright and TypeScript. • Build maintainable automation following Page Object Model (POM) and reusable framework patterns. • Ensure automation supports parallel execution, browser context management, and reliable CI execution. • Maintain stable, scalable, and reusable automation for assigned business workflows. • Develop and maintain API automation using Python and pytest. • Automate REST, GraphQL, and SOAP API validation. • Create reusable fixtures, client abstractions, and parameterized test suites. • Integrate automated test suites into Jenkins CI/CD pipelines. • Monitor automation quality and continuously improve execution reliability. • Design and maintain WireMock stubs for API and microservice simulation.
