Qualifications - 4–6+ years of experience negotiating SaaS, software, technology, and hardware agreements across both government and commercial environments. - Demonstrated experience managing federal, state, and local government contracts. - Strong knowledge of government procurement processes and competitive RFP responses. - Experience supporting GSA Schedules and Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) programs, including pricing structures, compliance requirements, and modification processes, as well as SAM.gov registration and entity management. - Experience implementing or administering a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform. - Experience working with Salesforce and modern contracting technologies. - Outstanding contract drafting, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. - Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail. - Ability to balance legal risk with practical business objectives. - Proven ability to manage multiple complex priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Education - Bachelor's degree required. - Juris Doctor (JD) or Paralegal certification is a plus but not required.
