Analista de Infraestrutura Cloud – DevOps

Lumini IT Solutions

• Projetar, implementar, administrar e otimizar a infraestrutura de TI (física, virtualizada e Cloud), garantindo alta disponibilidade, performance e segurança; • Atuar como referência técnica em decisões sobre arquitetura de servidores Windows/Linux, virtualização (VMware, Proxmox, Hyper-V); • Realizar migrações híbridas (on-premise ↔ nuvem pública em ambos os sentidos); • Projetar, implementar e otimizar pipelines de CI/CD para aplicações e infraestrutura; • Administrar, evoluir e sustentar ambientes Kubernetes em produção em clouds publica; • Automatizar provisionamento, configuração e deploy com Infraestrutura como Código (IaC) usando Terraform, Terragrunt e Ansible; • Implementar práticas de DevSecOps: gestão de acessos, secrets, compliance e segurança em pipelines; • Garantir observabilidade avançada com Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Grafana, ELK/Splunk; • Inspecionar e analisar qualidade de código com SonarQube integrado às esteiras; • Colaborar para manter, alterar, melhorar e documentar rotinas tecnológicas, prevenindo problemas; • Definir e implementar soluções para desenvolvimento e operações (DevOps); • Adotar e manter padrões de arquitetura de software e infraestrutura; • Colaborar na análise, suporte, monitoração e gerenciamento de todo o parque tecnológico; • Realizar deploys de aplicações em diferentes clouds (AWS, Azure ou GCP); • Gerenciar infraestrutura on-premise com VMware, Hyper-v e Proxmox VE; • Planejar e executar migrações de nuvem pública para on-premise quando necessário; • Criar e manter esteiras automatizadas com integração SonarQube para análise contínua de qualidade de código; • Utilizar Rancher para gerenciamento de microserviços; • Monitorar aplicações e infraestrutura com Prometheus, OpenTelemetry ou similares; • Criar métricas customizadas, configurar alertas e analisar logs (rastreamento de eventos); • Aplicar práticas de DevSecOps: gestão de acessos, secrets, compliance e segurança em pipelines; • Inspecionar e analisar código-fonte continuamente.

Job Requirements

  • Formação: Superior completo em Tecnologia da Informação, Redes de Computadores ou áreas correlatas
  • Experiência Obrigatória (mínimo 5 anos):
  • Atuação comprovada em DevOps com foco em automação e infraestrutura crítica;
  • Virtualização avançada: VMware vCenter, vCloud Director, Proxmox VE com Ceph;
  • Linux: domínio em scripts e comandos avançados;
  • Controle de versão: proficiência em Devops/GIT;
  • Redes para DevOps: conhecimento sólido em HTTP/S, TLS, DNS, SSH, Load Balancer;
  • Infraestrutura como Código: Terraform, Terragrunt e Ansible;
  • Containers: Docker e Kubernetes (K8s);
  • Orquestração Kubernetes: experiência aks e/ou Rancher;
  • CI/CD: Azure DevOps CI/CD e/ou GitOps (Helm, ArgoCD);
  • Qualidade de código: SonarQube;
  • Observabilidade: Prometheus, OpenTelemetry ou similares (Grafana, zabbix, ELK/Kibana, Splunk, Dynatrace);
  • Linguagens de scripting: Python ou Ruby ou Bash;
  • Desenvolvimento: Golang ou Python para aplicações;
  • Cloud provisionamento: AWS, GCP, OCI e AZURE.

Role Description Tieto Tech Consulting is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Middle/Senior DevOps Engineer (OpenShift, On-Prem) to join a project within a Telecom Team for our client BICS. - Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that align with engineering standards and support business needs. - Design, implement, and manage Red Hat OpenShift clusters in on-premises (physical and virtualised) environments. - Take ownership of systems engineering projects related to OpenShift infrastructure. - Collaborate with development teams to containerize applications and optimize deployment and release workflows. - Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using OpenShift and associated DevOps tools. - Automate operational and deployment tasks using Ansible and other scripting tools. - Perform patching and upgrades of OpenShift clusters, ArgoCD, GitLab CI, and related components in compliance with change-management procedures. - Design, implement, and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and redundancy strategies. - Participate in on-call / standby rotation to support critical platform and infrastructure services and ensure service continuity. - Support daily operations including trend analysis, root cause analysis, monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution of platform issues to ensure high availability and reliability. - Implement and enforce security best practices, including RBAC, vulnerability management, and compliance controls. - Improve alerting, monitoring, and observability capabilities across OpenShift and related systems. - When OpenShift-related workload is limited, perform general system administration activities, including Linux server administration, infrastructure maintenance, and support of data center services as part of the infrastructure team. - Produce and maintain up-to-date documentation, including architecture diagrams, operational procedures, and runbooks. - Provide knowledge transfer, mentoring, and training to colleagues on OpenShift, GitLab, and related infrastructure technologies. Qualifications - 4+ years of relevant professional experience or equivalent certifications (including Red Hat OpenShift), with at least 4 years in IT infrastructure or platform engineering. - Proven hands-on experience deploying, operating, and maintaining OpenShift / Kubernetes platforms in enterprise or on-premise environments. - Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, particularly using GitLab CI and/or Jenkins. - Solid background in Linux system administration, especially Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), including design and maintenance of enterprise Linux infrastructure. - Practical experience with infrastructure automation using Ansible or similar tools. - Scripting skills using Bash and/or Python for automation and operational tasks. - Experience with GitOps practices and tools such as ArgoCD or Flux. - Ability to document architectures, configurations, and standards, and to develop and maintain SOPs and technical documentation. - Upper-intermediate level of English (both spoken and written). Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering or Computer Science (will be an advantage). - Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform is a plus. - Experience working with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware) is an advantage. - Knowledge of ITIL Service Operations principles. - Experience with ArgoCD, monitoring/observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.), or disaster recovery tooling (optional but valuable).
