Job Description

Client Success Partner

ThinkHuman

Role Description This isn't traditional client success. We're not looking for someone to inherit a mature customer success function. We're looking for someone to help build what an exceptional enterprise partnership looks like at ThinkHuman. As one of the leaders shaping this function, you'll partner directly with CHROs, executive teams, and senior HR leaders to solve complex leadership challenges, design transformational leadership journeys, and create measurable organizational impact. - Redesign how we conduct executive business reviews. - Create a new approach to demonstrating ROI for leadership development. - Build AI-enabled insights that help clients identify emerging opportunities. - Facilitate a strategy session with a CHRO preparing for a major organizational shift. - Identify patterns across multiple clients that reshape one of ThinkHuman's programs. Your work won't stop with serving clients. It will help shape ThinkHuman itself. If ambiguity energizes you, if you enjoy building as much as operating, and if you're excited by the opportunity to influence both clients and the future of the company, you'll probably love this role. You'll learn fast here—about executive advisory, organizational transformation, leadership development, AI, business growth, and what it takes to build enduring enterprise partnerships. You'll have the autonomy to apply that learning in real time. As ThinkHuman grows, you'll have the opportunity to help define our executive partnership model, influence how we advise enterprise clients, shape new capabilities, and continue evolving this role alongside the company. Qualifications - Curious, self-motivated, and high in follow-through. - Love learning and pick things up quickly. - Energized by building relationships and earning trust with senior leaders. - Entrepreneurial mindset; enjoys experimenting and building playbooks. - Comfortable thinking strategically and executing thoughtfully. - High degree of ownership and autonomy while being a collaborative partner. - Analytical and tech-comfortable; excited by AI, data, and new technology. - Experience advising organizations and connecting leadership work to business outcomes. Requirements - Build trusted relationships with CHROs, HR leaders, and executive sponsors. - Translate complex business and talent challenges into leadership solutions. - Lead enterprise client engagements from onboarding through renewal. - Facilitate executive conversations, strategic working sessions, and business reviews. - Experiment with new approaches to executive partnership and AI-enabled client insights. - Identify patterns across clients to improve systems and programs. - Collaborate across ThinkHuman to continuously improve client service. - Deepen and expand partnerships through advisory-led influence. - Continue learning about leadership, organizations, business strategy, and AI. Benefits - Ownership and visibility in a highly collaborative, remote-first team. - Opportunity to shape both client success and ThinkHuman's future. - Room to make your mark through learning, building, and creating impact. Compensation $70,000–$90,000 | Ongoing 1099 Contract. This role is open to candidates across the US. ThinkHuman operates as a fully remote company.
