Marketing Data Analyst
CSI
• Analyze raw data from various sources including sales, customer engagement, website traffic, social media platforms and other marketing/sales technologies. • Interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to marketing strategies and objectives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven recommendations. • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key findings and metrics. • Assist in the implementation of data collection methods, ensuring accuracy and consistency of data. • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to address specific marketing questions or challenges. • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analytics and marketing. • Participate in meetings and presentations to share insights, findings, and recommendations with stakeholders. • Support Director of Marketing Ops & Demand Gen in data modeling, segmentation, and predictive analytics projects. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of data analysis processes and methodologies within the marketing team.
Job Requirements
- Three to five years previous experience in data analysis or similar data/marketing roles.
- BS/BA degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Marketo Revenue Explorer or similar) is a plus.
- Marketing/email automation platform experience.
- CRM platform experience.
