• Own digital marketing analytics for InPost's international markets, supporting paid media and web analytics performance. • Analyze performance marketing data using advanced SQL and Python to uncover trends, risks, and growth opportunities. • Act as a consulting partner to markets: proactively interpret data, challenge assumptions, and recommend campaign optimizations. • Translate high-level business questions into deep-dive analyses that go beyond basic reporting. • Define KPIs, methodologies, and analytical standards for a newly created international digital analytics function. • Ensure strong data quality and consistency across digital data sources.
