Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Clinical Quality Assurance. Key Responsibilities - Service Verification — Review completed patient visits to confirm the correct surgeons, specialties, and insurance (including State Insurance) were used and properly documented. - Clinical Accuracy Review — Validate that the services provided match exactly what the client requested—no more, no less—and ensure each service meets policy criteria and medical necessity. - Compliance Assessment — Determine whether the services align with required guidelines, criteria, and documentation standards. - Client Reporting — Compile findings into clear, grammatically accurate reports that explain the clinical reasoning and outcomes. - Client Communication — Provide updates to clients via phone and email, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and timely follow-through. - Time Management — Manage quick-turnaround cases and prioritize workload effectively to meet deadlines. Qualifications - Active RN or LPN license - Excellent attention to detail and critical-thinking skills.
