• Lead requirements definition and validation for co-development initiatives. • Shape reusable business frameworks and solution patterns across multiple accounts. • Act as the bridge between industry knowledge and solution design. • Influence product direction by bringing continuous market insights into Guidewire development. • Mentor Business Analysts, helping them grow into versatile consultants. • Represent InnoCoDev externally as a thought partner to customers.

• Translate business segment strategy into functional plans and guide end-to-end execution. • Evaluate internal functions, business development strategies, and IT processes to promote efficiency, increase security, and support the organization's goals. • Create and implement business architecture models that reflect the organization's strategies and vision. • Create methods for compliance architecture, such as data storage, metadata management, and change control. • Determine and implement build-versus-buy strategies and suggest improvements to reduce costs in alignment with the overall business strategy. • Provide business architecture to guide projects that follow reference architectures, strategic technology stacks, and standards and best practices. • Build organizational knowledge of external and internal technical capabilities and trends, facilitate the evaluation of vendors and products, and provide oversight and governance for configuration and implementation of products. • Establish and document the technology direction and standards for application platforms, including all aspects of software, applications, integration, middleware translators, utilities, tools, and languages for use by information technology groups. • Apply extensive knowledge of business drivers, technology strategy, and software architecture goals to develop and deliver clear, comprehensive data, technical, and product architectures. • Leverage AI tools and platforms as an integral part of daily responsibilities to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows, and drive data-informed outcomes. • Perform other job duties as assigned.

• Own the end-to-end design, execution, and delivery of storage architecture initiatives across 4–6 active projects per month • Serve as the primary technical owner for storage outcomes, from requirements through implementation and stabilization • Architect, evaluate, and evolve storage solutions in a rapidly changing environment, including frequent platform updates and growth • Act as a customer-facing technical lead, clearly communicating design decisions, tradeoffs, and recommendations • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and changing requirements while maintaining delivery timelines • Partner with offshore teams that handle after-hours operations, ensuring continuity and quality of execution • Balance speed and quality, applying pragmatic decision-making to avoid over-engineering and diminishing returns • Provide guidance and technical leadership without micromanagement, operating as a trusted expert.

• Review and analyze architectural plans, specifications, and blueprints to determine project requirements. • Prepare accurate takeoff quantities for materials, labor, and overhead cost estimates. • Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to gather information and clarify project specifications. • Develop and maintain estimation databases and templates for efficiency. • Ensure all estimates are submitted on time to meet project deadlines.
