• Lead requirements definition and validation for co-development initiatives. • Shape reusable business frameworks and solution patterns across multiple accounts. • Act as the bridge between industry knowledge and solution design. • Influence product direction by bringing continuous market insights into Guidewire development. • Mentor Business Analysts, helping them grow into versatile consultants. • Represent InnoCoDev externally as a thought partner to customers.

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in P&C insurance operations, systems, or transformation
  • Strong track record of business architecture, process design, or consulting
  • Demonstrated ability to lead workshops with executives and shape customer decisions
  • Recognized as a trusted advisor with deep industry expertise
