Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management roles
  • Strong experience leading cross-functional programs with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences (technical, customer-facing, executive)
  • Experience using tools like Jira, Notion, and Looker to manage work, track progress, and communicate status
  • Strong data fluency, including comfort with data exploration, visualization, and tools such as Looker, Datadog, or similar platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to work in fast-moving environments and lead initiatives from problem definition through execution and measurement
  • Experience working in customer-facing roles, especially involving implementations, operations, or success programs

Role Overview The Program Manager - Partner Enablement will help Vasion grow our Channel Partnerships and Enablement efforts. Our ideal candidate will have experience in Sales Enablement, Partner Enablement and Program Management. The Sales Enablement Team works on major strategic initiatives across multiple lines of business.  You will work directly with Channel Partners, Ecosystem Partners and Alliances, Partner Marketing, Product, Product Marketing and Revenue Operations leadership.  You will lead, plan, prioritize and deliver world-class scaled partner enablement initiatives for Vasion’s world-wide Channel Partnerships efforts, as well as other supporting enablement global programs.
