The Impact You’ll Make in this Role: - Accountable for strategic marketing plans creation and execution of the Solventum health care payment innovation, population health, and quality methodologies portfolio. - Design and implement key messaging and core content, value propositions, and other key product marketing, promotion mix, and activation tactics as needed. - Collaborate with business unit stakeholders to ensure the marketing plans support strategic vision and divisional financial objectives. - Drive market awareness and adoption for Solventum proprietary and public methodologies. - Own new product introduction marketing deliverables through gate review process as needed for new methodologies. - Conduct customer insights, competitive and market research to develop a comprehensive and division-wide holistic marketing plan for existing product portfolio and for new product commercialization. - Lead the strategy and execution of marketing deliverables for implementation of government and payer adopted methodology events as applicable. - Manage the execution, reporting, follow-up and adjustment of marketing plan tactics such as development of core content for assigned solutions (e.g. landing pages, case studies, fact sheets, eGuides, etc.). - Develop the strategy and execute key marketing/promotion mix activation tactics in concert with marketing support teams such as events, webinars, and advertising for methodologies portfolio. - Work closely with business unit managers and sales teams to support strategic growth programs. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution AND ten (10) years of experience in product marketing. - Strongly preferred: At least five (5) years of experience using and/or marketing health care payment classification, population health, and/or quality methodologies. - Broad knowledge of health care, Health Information Management and/or health care IT industry. - Master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration or Healthcare Management. - Deeper understanding of US health care regulatory and policy environment. - Experience in development of thought leadership and industry influencers. - Digital marketing savvy gained through experience. - Key characteristics include self-starter, strategic thinker, creative, assertive, collaborative, action-oriented, clear writing and messaging ability, fast learner, strong business acumen, outstanding influencing skills and excellent presentation skills. Role Description In this newly created position at a high-growth company, you’ll take the lead in building and scaling logistics and fulfillment during the next phase of growth. The Senior Logistics & Fulfillment Manager is a senior role reporting to the COO and overseeing logistics, inventory, and fulfillment operations.
