Manager of Maximize the Gift - Organ Operations

Role Description Supervise and support the development of designated Maximize the Gift team members to ensure alignment with the organization’s mission and goals. Serve as the clinical expert for organ maximization, donor suitability, and donor management processes. Provide guidance and oversight to ensure team members consistently apply best practices and comply with all industry standards, regulations, and organizational policies. Stay current with national trends, research, and best practices in donation and transplantation; analyze internal performance data against national benchmarks; and recommend or implement process improvements to optimize outcomes and organizational success. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and professional growth within the team. Essential Functions and Performance Responsibilities - Supervise the selection, training, development, and performance of Organ AOC/Organ Resource Supervisor team members to retain a motivated professional workforce for IDN. - Establish and communicate job responsibilities, manage performance expectations and outcomes to maintain optimal operational performance utilizing Studer Principles. - Oversee daily clinical operations, participate in high level of process improvement, change management, and deviation management activities. - Create and maintain the ORS schedule to ensure 24/7 coverage, including managing shift rotations, addressing time-off requests, and adjusting for weekends, holidays, and peak times. - Lead case reviews and organize meetings with Medical Directors, where data is reviewed, shared, and analyzed. - Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement process improvements. - Ensure compliance with CMS, AOPO, UNOS/OPTN, OSHA, IDPH, federal and state employment and other regulations, and IDN policies through annual reviews, department audits, and staying current on industry standards and regulations. - Assist the Director with managing the operational, budgetary, and financial responsibilities and activities of the department. - Participate in organizational strategic planning and assist with development of work system action plans and process improvement opportunities to meet organizational goals. - Manage specific work process operational needs and self-schedule 20% in designated staff role. Participate in leader on call coverage. - Perform other duties as assigned or required. Qualifications - Minimum of 4-year degree in health care field. - A minimum of three years’ experience as a donation/procurement/recovery/allocation coordinator. - Three years’ experience in a leadership role preferred. - CPTC certification preferred or within one year of employment. - Ability to provide constructive feedback with proven results. - Advanced Cardiac Life Support & Pediatric Advanced Life support required. Prefer Fundamentals of Critical Care Support, Trauma Nurse Critical Care certification. Physical Requirements - Must receive required vaccines based on outlined schedules to protect our employees, healthcare personnel, donors, recipients, and families we may come into contact (e.g., Influenza obtained annually by December 1st). - Lift equipment and supplies weighing up to 20 lbs. - Possible mental and visual fatigue associated with fast-paced, detailed work. - Express ideas verbally and convey detailed or important spoken information. - Receive detailed information through oral and auditory communication. - Maintain availability for communication 24/7/365. Role Description The Manager, Video & Photo Production owns the end-to-end production function for EIM’s video and photography efforts, overseeing planning, execution, and delivery across the Evidence In Motion brand and its university partner initiatives. This role is accountable for production strategy, workflows, timelines, and on-location execution to ensure high-quality visual content is delivered consistently and efficiently. This role is responsible for setting production standards, managing multiple concurrent projects, and serving as the primary production lead for complex shoots, partner engagements, and events. While this role may support capture when needed, its primary focus is production leadership, orchestration, and delivery, not post-production editing. This role supports multiple active programs and partners simultaneously, balancing new program launches with ongoing content needs in a fast-paced environment. • Manage a team of Enterprise Solution Managers • Proactively track ESM deliverables and ensure that state of accounts remain green. • Ensure that ESMs conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with customers and other strategic client meetings requested by customers. • Conduct quarterly account Lifecycle Management audits to verify the state of the account is properly aligned with service management policies. • Participate in Problem management process calls and provide guidance and advice to ensure timely communication of RCA and permanent solution. • Establish and maintain trusted customer relationships, identify opportunities, and solicit feedback to drive service improvement and customer satisfaction. • Provide technical and strategic direction to the team from initial solution design to steady-state. • Ensure ESMs carry out lifecycle management activities, maintain technical documentation, production & recovery configurations, application dependency maps and runbooks. • Responsible for tracking and securing contract renewals. • Manage escalations effectively and ensure continuous feedback is being provided to team. • Build trusted relationships with both internal & external teams to ensure timely resolution of escalations and high priority issues. • Responsible for maintaining a high performing team and minimizing attrition. • Be innovative and drive service management and business improvements. • Responsible for consistently improving customer satisfaction and reference ability. • Provide assistance and ensure ESMs develop recovery strategies to meet customer RTO/RPO and conduct periodic testing to document recoverability.
