Qualifications - 6+ years of experience in video and photo production, creative operations, or production management. - Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder production projects. - Strong production planning, logistics, and on-site execution expertise. - Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects across different stages of production simultaneously. - Working knowledge of production workflows, equipment, and creative tools (hands-on editing not required). - Comfort operating autonomously with clear accountability for outcomes. - Willingness and ability to travel regularly. - Experience operating in fast-paced, multi-brand or agency-style environments strongly preferred.
