• Develop high-caliber medical and scientific content with the highest standards of editorial excellence adhering to standards of adult learning principles, and interprofessional education • Participate and contribute in grant planning and development to meet department goals and address unmet educational and research needs • Create educational designs, formats and execution plans for proposed educational programs, in order to develop a grant and, subsequently, to develop compelling program content appropriate for the intended audiences • Plan and develop well-written, scientifically accurate and current program content, including but not limited to presentation slide decks, interactive video program scripts, print monographs, and case studies, collaborating with internal clinical and editorial staff and external KOL experts • Establish and maintain relationships among key leaders in health care, among various practice settings, in order to collect expert opinion and insight into educational program needs and grant development opportunities • Develop content for all components of supporter-specific grant submission requirements and templates, including summary content required for character-limiting sections of the grant portals • Contribute to the outcomes measurement of high-impact educational programs, including measurement planning, survey instrument development, and program analyses • Contribute to scientific articles, abstracts, and outcomes-based presentations and publications to exemplify the services and products of the company • Effectively communicate and carry out opportunities, needs, ideas, and timelines to meet the company’s and department’s goals for continued growth and success • Participate in regularly scheduled meetings of the Scientific Education Department • Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Minimal Master’s degree (PhD degree preferred) in a scientific and communications or related field commensurate with the scope of work identified in this job description and current knowledge of the health care industry
- Proficient in multi-tasking and balancing/managing multiple projects
- Ability to research, design and develop high-quality scientific grant and medical writing commensurate with the desired “Position Duties”
- Ability to complete literature review and review/analyze scientific/medical research in order to apply accurate concepts to product development
- Analytical and didactic ability to complete medical writing in accordance with AMA criteria and grant development procedures
- Ability to organize and convey multi-channel educational designs and deliverables efficiently, fluently and accurately
- Proficiency in analytical thinking and an ability to convey complex data results in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to gather data for verifiable sources for grant development
- Possess creative and visionary skills to identify and execute innovative educational program designs and formats
- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Endnote or any other reference manager applications

Role Description The Manager, Video & Photo Production owns the end-to-end production function for EIM’s video and photography efforts, overseeing planning, execution, and delivery across the Evidence In Motion brand and its university partner initiatives. This role is accountable for production strategy, workflows, timelines, and on-location execution to ensure high-quality visual content is delivered consistently and efficiently. This role is responsible for setting production standards, managing multiple concurrent projects, and serving as the primary production lead for complex shoots, partner engagements, and events. While this role may support capture when needed, its primary focus is production leadership, orchestration, and delivery, not post-production editing. This role supports multiple active programs and partners simultaneously, balancing new program launches with ongoing content needs in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities - Production Leadership & Ownership - Own the video and photo production function across marketing initiatives, campaigns, launches, and events. - Serve as the primary production lead responsible for delivery quality, timelines, and execution standards. - Translate creative direction and marketing objectives into executable production plans. - Act as the escalation point for production risks, resourcing challenges, and on-site decision-making. - Drive production strategy that supports creative scalability, partner satisfaction, and business priorities. - Manage and optimize timelines across a portfolio of simultaneous video and photo shoots, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and resource constraints. - Production Planning & Project Management - Manage end-to-end production projects from intake through final delivery. - Lead pre-production planning including timelines, budgets, scopes, shot lists, locations, and logistics. - Coordinate schedules across internal teams, partners, talent, and external resources when applicable. - Ensure projects remain on track, within scope, and aligned to creative and business goals. - Proactively assess production feasibility, tradeoffs, and resourcing needs during campaign and launch planning. - Pre-Production & On-Set Leadership - Develop production briefs and requirements in partnership with the Creative Lead and marketing teams. - Oversee coordination of locations, equipment, talent, and travel logistics. - Serve as on-site production lead for priority shoots, ensuring alignment with plan and creative intent. - Troubleshoot issues in real time and make execution decisions in fast-paced environments. - Represent the Creative Services team as the senior production authority in the field. - Cross-Functional & Team Collaboration - Partner closely with the Video & Photo Editor to ensure smooth transition from production to post-production. - Collaborate with designers, writers, program marketing, and communications teams to ensure content supports campaign needs. - Coordinate with video/photo producers or contractors as needed to scale production capacity. - Act as the production subject-matter expert within Creative Services. - Embed production leadership within cross-functional creative pods supporting major program launches and campaigns. - Workflow, Standards & Process Improvement - Establish and maintain repeatable production workflows, templates, and best practices. - Define production standards, documentation, and expectations for quality and consistency. - Track production timelines and delivery metrics to improve predictability and efficiency. - Identify opportunities to improve tools, processes, and resourcing models. - Champion continuous improvement across Creative Services production operations. - Travel & Field Leadership - Travel regularly to manage on-location shoots, partner visits, and events. - Represent Creative Services professionally with university partners, faculty, executives, and stakeholders. - Ensure a consistent, high-quality production experience across locations and teams. - Serve as a trusted production partner to internal and external stakeholders.
