As a practice of Radiology Partners (RP), ARA combines a strong local presence across Austin with the support and resources of a leading national radiology organization—delivering exceptional outpatient imaging while offering healthcare professionals meaningful, sustainable careers. - Handle Scheduling for multiple locations - Maintain sensitive information in confidence - Excellent communication skills to communicate with patients, physicians, clients, coworkers, and management staff - Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize diverse responsibilities - Ability to document accurately and concisely Qualifications - High School Diploma or Equivalent, post-secondary education preferred - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills - Previous medical office experience, with knowledge of medical terminology - Previous experience in Radiology, preferred Requirements - The hourly range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00.
