Job Requirements

  • 2-4 ans d'expérience en service client B2B, de préférence dans un environnement SaaS ou technologique
  • Bilingue en français et anglais (l'espagnol est un atout)
  • Disponibilité à travailler le week-end (Sur appel seulement, en rotation 1 semaine sur 3)
  • Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale en français et anglais
  • Aisance avec les technologies web et les plateformes SaaS
  • Expérience avec les systèmes de ticketing et les outils de support client (ex: Intercom, Zendesk, etc)
  • Expérience en escalation avec les équipes techniques et la création de ticket Jira
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à gérer plusieurs priorités

Role Description The overall purpose of this position is to develop and implement programs and events that build customer relationships and drive IEEE usage and awareness for multiple communities, including librarians, engineers, R&D management, researchers, students, and faculty. The position will share accountability with IEEE sales & marketing management to: - Build relationships with IEEE customers in India, Middle East, Africa, CIS Countries, and Bangladesh, encouraging usage and educating researchers, authors, librarians, and administrators about IEEE publications, the IEEE Xplore Digital Library, authorship, and other IEEE platforms and products. - Incorporate resourcefulness and solutions orientation to manage time and workload, balancing demands and priorities.
