Job Requirements
- 6+ years or equivalent of program or project management experience
- Proven track record of leading large, complex, cross-functional initiatives in a tech or SaaS environment
- Experience using AI tools in work, for managing workflows, generating reports, and increasing efficiency
- Comfortable working across both internal and external workstreams
- Experience tracking or monitoring readiness across customer- or partner-facing programs
- Fluent in Jira and skilled in planning and tracking complex work
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Structured and detail-oriented, able to balance process and speed
- Agile certifications and/or PMP are a plus
- A degree in a relevant field is an asset, but equivalent experience is preferred
