Job Requirements

  • Experiência sólida em liderança de pessoas e responsabilidade por entregas de alto valor em engenharia de dados.
  • Background técnico em dados, com conhecimento em bancos relacionais e não relacionais, SQL, linguagens de programação para dados e ferramentas de engenharia de dados.
  • Habilidade para desdobrar metas estratégicas em ações táticas e operacionais, promovendo autonomia e alta performance.
  • Excelente comunicação, gestão de stakeholders e capacidade de lidar com ambiguidade.
  • Pró-atividade, pensamento crítico e analítico, com perfil resolutivo.
