Job Requirements
- 6–10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience
- Experience owning or leading the monthly close
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting
- Enjoys improving systems and eliminating manual work
- Naturally curious about AI, automation, and modern finance technology
- Comfortable rolling up their sleeves in a lean, fast-moving environment
- Can balance attention to detail with strategic thinking
- CPA is preferred but not required.
- Experience in AI, SaaS, venture-backed startups, or high-growth companies is a plus.
- Experience implementing or optimizing finance systems is highly valued.
