• Conduct high-volume outbound dialing (target of 250+ dials per day) to engage with prospective clients. • Execute discovery calls to understand the fitness goals and injury history of potential patients. • Master objection handling to educate prospects on the value of one-on-one, performance-focused care. • Schedule and confirm a minimum of 15 therapy evaluations per week. • Manage lead flow and follow-up sequences to ensure no opportunity falls through the cracks. • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a seamless handoff for arriving patients.
