Job Description

Regional CAAS Coordinator

TydeCo

• Operate within a global framework, ensuring adaptability to support teams, meet deadlines and participate in virtual meetings across multiple time zones based in Canada, South Africa, U.K. or the U.S., as needed. • Collaborate with international stakeholders, adjusting to varying schedules and priorities as needed. • Facilitate seamless communication and coordination across global teams to support sales operational efficiency. • Maintain flexibility in scheduling to accommodate time-sensitive tasks and cross-regional collaboration. • Track and manage recurring CAAS tasks, ensuring timely completion and follow-up • Monitor group email inboxes and escalate items requiring Manager attention • Maintain client folders, prepare access guides, and update the portal to ensure accuracy of client details • Coordinate fixed fee renewal process, providing reports and reminders to Managers • Track month-end close status across clients and flag delays or bottlenecks • Compile and deliver timesheet reports, budget vs. actual comparisons, and respond to billing inquiries • Review FloQast documentation and flag potential errors for Managers • Set up and update FloQast client tasks and due dates as needed • Maintain 1099 status tracker and support year end reporting requirements • Provide regular updates to CAAS Managers to support decision making • Partner with internal accounting and administrative teams as needed to support the CAAS team • Support client onboarding with access documents and call summaries • Attend and document internal CAAS meetings • Provide administrative support to CAAS leadership as needed

Job Requirements

  • Qualifications: **
  • Experience: 2+ years in a CAAS coordination or accounting role
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, or a related field or in lieu of degree 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience working with Office 365, QBO, Bill, Ramp, FloQast.
  • Prior experience coordinating with accounting teams is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills using AI tools like FireFlies for meeting minutes.
  • Analytical mindset to track and interpret accounting data.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work a flexible and regular full-time schedule.
